Please note that Principal Flavours are unable to offer a refund or exchange on perishable goods unless they are faulty. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 28 days) and in original, undamaged packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for reasons of hygiene and safety. We will refund your original delivery charge if a product is faulty or incorrect, once it is received by us. However, Principal Flavours cannot give refunds when a product is simply unwanted.
